Dr. H. Samuel Thavaraj serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Rural Industries and Management at The Gandhigram Rural Institute – Deemed to be University, located in Gandhigram. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and earned his Ph.D. focusing on Emotional Intelligence. With a distinguished career spanning 28 years in academia, Dr. Thavaraj has contributed extensively to the held through his teaching and research. He has authored over 51 research papers published in reputable journals and specializes in courses such as Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Emotional Intelligence. His expertise and dedication have significantly impacted both his students and the broader academic community.
Dr. D. Ramkumar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Sri Meenakshi Government Arts College for Women (A), Madurai. He is a post-graduate in Business Administration and has completed Ph. D., in Relationship Marketing area. He has 29 years of teaching experience. He has published more than 25 research papers in various journals and teaches courses like Marketing Management, Operations Research and Organisational Behaviour.
