Dr. D. Ramkumar, is Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, Sri Meenakshi Government Arts College for Women (A), Madurai. He is a post-graduate in Business Administration and completed his Ph. D., in Relationship Marketing area. He has 27 years of teaching experience. He has published more than 25 research papers in journals like Management and Labour Studies, Abhigyan, Udyog Pragati – the Journal for Practicing Managers.
